it was not a precise action. Most if not all accounts had to be looked at individually or in individual groups.
And also not every account was disabled for them few days. Even if the user did not get TV , the account was still active. In other words, if you had connection issues due to the fact that you did not have your MAC correctly linked and with them other settings correct then that is still an active server connection, just that the user had to make adjustments.
There would be no extension in them cases.
I am not saying that would be the case but think about some things here. If I have a working box (like an Avov) and you give me your non-working code from your client you been using and I take that code and link my MAC to it and then try it on my Avov and it works, then that is not a server issue.
Anyway, there are reasons behind it all and one reason too is that the serevr guys going thru all active codes and possibly many indidually have done the best they can do for us.
The time for worry about a few days of extensions is over.
