yes i do
This will be the 6th day in a row my guide runs out of UK channels at 730pm (CST). I don't have "Prevent updates during playback" checked either.

I see where some have switched the EPG download path back to what it was prior to 1.0.16 update:

special://userdata/addon_data/pvr.stalker

I stayed up late last night and it updated at 2:49am like it's supposed to but didn't change anything on the missing UK channels.

Are we now supposed to change the download path or is this just an issue still being worked on?

Its an issue that will be fixed im sure. Also deleting epg.db doesn't fix anything just so ya know.

I have experienced this as well and actually yes it will.. that's the odd part, deleting epg*.db will of cause make it read the same file again and the uk channels that missed epg suddenly have epg again. I know, I said it was weird.

bkman2020 it has nothing todo with the link you posted, I have no trouble at all with setting it up and load the correct file. thanks though.

EDIT: tried something new, just have to see after midnight. :)

On W10 using Kodi 16.2, I must do the same thing. Delete EPG11.db then reload Kodi and all is restored. Usually every couple of days. No editing involved, just wipe out the db file. Setting the location as suggested, did not restore the epg for me.

Is this related to my post about the EPG in kodi being so wacked since the EPG updater? Many channels never have data now. Since this update I get the failed to get url always coming up after about an hour. for many months, before the new EPG updater, I never had this problem with my Kodi on Jarvis and the EPG was reliable for hours if not days, but since I got the new EPG updater I have to exit and restart Kodi to get my EPG to work. I never pull guide data for many channels. I also see that after it loads it takes several minutes to populate a full guide for later in the day.

I posted this in another thread about failed to get URL. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to enable hidden files in System > Settings > Appearance > Enable viewing of Hidden Files then navigate to something similar to

Android: /sdcard/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/temp/

Windows: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Kodi

The . denotes hidden files and folders/directories in Android.
