Rocket ERROR WHEN ASSIGNING DONATIONs

Hi i am getting an error when i try to assign a donation .
php error
can anyone assist

things seems to have gone down 10mins ago.

edit: I mean everything also tv. also getting php error on donation page. its usually not long. think they are adding channels it went doen 20 min ago also then came shotly up and I noticed 1017 channels.
