Error to reload portal

Yes I do.
Paid donation, register my mag254 and all was fine viewing channels and programs. Suddenly recently, not able to view channels. when I turn on the box, the system now says "Please contact provider to register product". I did reboot, unplug system, etc.... what's next...?
 
that wasn't what I asked you to do, this is last time I'm gonna ask...did you or did you not hard boot your modem/router and box??....unplug power to modem/router and box, plug modem/router back in and wait for it to come up, then plug box back in...thks..
