Error log in

Hi guys, I've bought a donation (Rocket) got my donation number and link mac.

1. Added portal http://11.iptv.tv
2. Reboot portal
3. Got log in on screen
4. Put in my donation number for username: 2***********
5. Put in my mac address for password : 00:**:**:**:**:**

Hit log in and get "error" in red writing.

Starting to drive me nuts big time and starting to regret ever buying it.

I also noticed that this domain http://11.iptv.tv is for sale.

I don't believe 11.iptv.tv is one of ours looks like a reseller. We support the following here

I managed to get it to sign in by using the donation numbers for both username and the password.

Now it just sitting with a loading bar doing nothing and moving nowhere. Worse thing Ive ever came across man!

Update, after resetting the box and adding everything in again I got it working, but have to say there are a hell off a lot off channels not working.

If channels are not working go into setting and change it to the first player that worked for me
