okay heres one for the books. I have set these up before so I am not that new to this But... I have all the portals network ect ect. settings set exactly as my other mag 254 updated to the latest software the only difference is the donation number I know its active because I checked it. I have rebooted restarted the portal ect. all I get whenI get the login screen and put in my number (making sure they match for username and password) is ERROR
after I got the email I sent it to them through my donation then I went to the page to check it. thats when they sent all the info I needed to put in the reciever. I checked the mac address with them again they say its registered and good . the other box thats working has all the same info in the same places except for the different donation number. this ones got me stumped I have run out of ideas but am sure willing for any advice. thx for any help
