yes i do
I am using kodi 15.2 on firestick, and running version 0.8.4 PVR stalker client, my guide populates channels fine, guide shows programs playing 1 hour ahead of what time it actually is. I have changed time zone in my main settings control on my firestick to different time zones and that has no effect. I have also changed the time zone within the pvr from the default Europe/Keiv to Americia/Chicago cause i am in central time zone. I have used all the URL such as these as follows
Code:
http://epg.ninja/NFPSED.xml
I cannot get the epg to get corrected for right time. Anyone have any ideas what i need to do? i prefer to use the simple client pvr, but the guide on it quit working 2 weeks ago and has never worked since so i switched to this one.

please try this..

In your OS time/region settings (your devices settings,, not kodis settings).. set it to the next timezone over.. (youll have to figure out which way).
then set your clock manually.
then go back into kodi and clear your datbase in settings>tv and restart kodi before it starts reloading...

let me know if that works.

I did everything you suggested, which actually had already did it before other than restarting kodi before it starts reloading, i changed my time in firestick settings to both mountain and eastern zone becasue i am in the central, it was same either way i set it. In the guide what showing is on is not on for another hour, guide is exactly one hour to fast. Thanks for replying back to me anyway!

Have you tried using the latest epgnija urls with the PVR Stalker Client 0.8.4?

Code:
NFPS or Rocket :  https://papaio.tv/main/EPG/mac/00:1A:7x:xx:xx:xx/donation/xxxxxxxxxxxx/fname/<guide>
IPTV66:  https://iks66.tv/main/EPG/mac/00:1A:7x:xx:xx:xx/donation/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/fname/<guide>
Replace "<guide>" with one of the following:

NFPSF1= English,
NFPSF2 =English with non-DST fix (if your guide shows to be off by an hour, clear database and restart kodi after setting to this)
NFPSF3 =Full
NFPSF4 =full with non-DST fix (if your guide shows to be off by an hour, clear database and restart kodi after setting to this)

for those have the 1 hour problem plse try this epg file.
download it and use it as a local file.
its from my version of the grabber I use at home but mine does the pulls slightly different.( I adjust my pc time to utc and pull the data where the server grabber uses a flag that adjusts it to utc).
for me this and the server file show correctly so it may not make any difference but I am curious.
plse let me know.thks
Code:

don't forget to clear your database before you load it.

This worked for me:
1. Make sure the computer TZ is correct and time synced with a NTP server. If it is off to far then that will screw up your certificate data and cause connection failures on HTTPS requests.
2. Make sure the time zone is correct in the Stalker PVR Setup for your area. Use this link to get the correct TZ name: hxxps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones Replace xx with tt.
3. Change the fname in the remote XML URL to NFPS2 or NFPS4 depend on what guide you want.
4. Go to your live TV settings in Kodi and clear your EPG Data.
5. Restart Kodi.
