EPG not working

I have a dreamlink t1 and a dreamlink t2 EPG stoped working have tried everything except factory reset any ideas for me to try or is dreamlink EPG down
 
Try rebooting your box and as soon as it starts, look at the top right corner and you'll see the EGP being downloading or not.
if its downloading and you still don't see it then I would say its your server and if you don't see it downloading then your box and probably you need to factory reset.
 
Thanks the EPG starts in corner but when it is done still no EPG got in touch with provider they said it is my box so guess I will try factory reset never done befor
