1) make sure the mac on your device matches what you have inputted on the providers website (iks66/nfps/rocket)
2) reset you mac on the providers website
3) clear the cache for the emulator app you are using (settings->app>(select emulator)>clear cache
4) start the emulator
5) input your user/pass....which is your donation number for both....
if your numbers match and you have a valid donation this will work..
clearing your cache and resting you mac will at least ensure that everything is clear. I was changing my mac so many times because I thought the problem was on my end. But if you do all the above, and the server is up you should be able to log in.
