• The Sticky threads for the Dreamlink T3 and the Formuler Z8 devices can be shared.
These devices are exact same devices, all except their name and gift boxing.
  • I see people with this MAC issue often.
The thing is that the service wants the MAC of the IPTV application that the device is using to connect to the service and not the actual device's MAC
The IPTV application would be the DOL or MOL application and it's MAC will always starts with 00:1a:79
If you noticed that the device's MAC and the IPTV MAC (DOL or MOL) have the same last 6 digits, but the first 6 are different. The first six is what tells the server to recognize the MAC. It will not recognize the device's MAC since it does not begin with 00:1a:79 ... nor does the device itself connect to the service, the DOL or MOL does.

I don’t know why I got this message if I did everything right , however the new box (dreamlink T3 )upgraded to the last software available.

Are you adding your Username and Password in the server setup menu ?
Uncheck that box and do not add the User and Pass (credentials).
keep your MAC attached to the code at the website and then do an IPTV Reset at the website while you are logged onto your code.
Also ensure the server URL matches with what is entered on your T3 and what it shows on your code at the website.

I added the MAC address in the service website. I have iptvrocket, and also I tried to sign in using password and without, the only part that I haven’t done is to reset the Ip in the website and logging.

I don't have a T3 is there 2 mac addresses? if so make sure you are using the 00:1A:79 one.You do not need to use username and password which was already mentioned. The only thing you have to be sure of, is you have the right mac address and that your server URL matches what's on the site. Also if you hook the other Dreamlink up and the server picks up info from that box you again have to do a iptv reset so it will pick up the T3.

I’m sorry I tried everything that you guys said, thank you for that but I still have the same issue . Can the MAC address behind the box could be wrong and there’s another place that I can find the MAC address, such as like mag 322.

the T3 will show two MAC addresses.
One is the MAC address of the receiver and the other is the MAC address or ID of the iptv app
You will notice that the last 6 digits are the same for both of these MACs/IDs and the first 6 digits are different.
You need the one for the IPTV app which begins with the 6 digits --> 00:1A:79

You can see that MAC ID when you open the server menus

For general information my box ID number and the MAC address was written backwards. Meaning the I’d was the MAC address and the MAC address was the ID. So right now I’m watching tv but I’m sure I would have more questions, again thank you very much to all.

They both can be considered a MAC ID or MAC Address.
In actuality they both are a MAC ID/Address.
One is MAC for the receiver itself and one is the MAC for the IPTV app.
Both have the same last 6 digits , but different first 6 digits.
Your MyTVOnline2 (MOL2) is the iptv app and is why you can always find that MAC shown somewhere in the opened MOL2 (in a menu somewhere).
The other MAC ID is found on the receiver's System Settings and in a menu somewhere in there.

In the Initial Setup Guide for the T3 posted as a Sticky thread here , does explain which MAC to use :)

Good to see your success bud , thnx :)

do you mean start up on the MOL2 automatically ?
Or do you mean setup your server ?

Ryu explains the Start-up in the thread linked below...

You can do alot of things with the T3 home page screen and other things.
If you notice in that video there is a background Wallpaper picture of a Mountain Scape (maybe the Matterhorn).
You can do the same thing with your Dreamlink t3 and rather easily.
