Rocket Don't have my order number

Okay so I'm new to this thing, so I bought an annual package from IPTV rocket and it says I'll get an email in 24-48hours. I was just a bit concerned that I haven't received a billing email or nothing at all. So I went to check my order status but I didn't take down my order number what can I do to ensure this thing goes over smoothly? And is it normal to hear nothing for the 24-48hours?
