NFPS / Private Don't have donation number/Unable to unlink MAC address

I purchased a MAG254 box with a subscription but didn't get the donation number. I'm now unable to log in and I can't unlink my MAC address. Can someone point me in the right direction?

go to where you got this box and ask them for all your info order number and donation number from them
