DOL malfunction, Help please

Hello everyone and thank you for your help,

My T1 was fine till few minutes ago when I tried to click on DOL emblem to load my iptv, it keeps taking me back to the main menu and does not let me load any iptvs?!!

Please help.

It may not be your dol.. Its been acting up for most people lately

If I do a factory reset, will it help?
But, when I do a factory reset do I lose everything I had loaded up from the Market as well ?!

I believe you will. But, that should get you back up.

It was so stable before?

where are the stickys?
is it under "settings" or "Tools" ? cause they are not there?
