yes i do
Does anyone else have this happening randomly(for me i find it every 2-3 hrs),and no im not talkin about freezing.it hangs on buffering and stop/start channel is all i have to do to get it going again.
I have been fighting this culpurt for awhile and think i have solved it.
Had it happen on windows and Linux.
Blamed it on isp,nfps(lol),the pc itself(its a dell,another lol).
I have have had every bit of debugging turned on trying to find a clue to the cause.I can see in the log that the stream has stopped but nothing indicating as to why.
I thought it might be my dchp lease time, nope.
the fix,Assign a Static IP With You Router(DCHP Reservation).assigning a static on the pc itself would also be ok i guess as long as u know there wont be any conflicts.

I did this last night and 2 pc's on the same network were both still running this morning. This has Never,Never,Never and I Mean NEVER happened Before.both always were stuck on buffering in the morning.

Only time will tell for sure but its looking good(least for me so far).

i have experienced this too.. the stream stops after 2-5 hours hours and sometimes not, and all i have to do to get it going again is stop and start it or switch a channel up then down again to what i was watching. i use static ip on my router and reserve the ip for the box already though. :/ I have had channels run all night too mostly (i usually run the service 24/7 heh), but it still happen once a while. its like there is no specific time frame or logic behind it.

it would be cool to hear back from you when a week has passed.

edit: i have added a subscription to this thread. :)

i'm a bit clouded to what you mean
blackbear do you mean to try and disable dhcp on the outside (public) ip address, and type in the address, subnet, gateway and dns manually?
i cant reserve the inside 192.168.x.1 address because i already assigned it to the router? if i try reserve it using the ip reservation list just for the heck of it my router also says "address already reserved by router".
although i'm on dhcp on the public side of my router, my dhcp lease has never been revoked and i have had the same public ip for years. i'm willing to try if that was what you did. i dont expect any miracles though being totally hornest lol.

ya,here's what i did.

had 2 pc connected to router.disconnected one.
left all router setting as they were, dchp for wan and lan.
then in dchp reservation on router i assigned that ip,prob have to reboot router(after u discconect it from lan) to release it as i wanted same ip pc already had.
then connected that pc,disconnected other pc and did the same.

happy to say everything ran all day yesterday and all night and still going this morning so i think its solved for me.

ah i get what you mean.. same as me then.
i also have channels run all night, but sometimes it happens i dont know if it particular channel(s), but from my experience maybe it could be.
so it's not really a problem i just run into it very seldom and your post poked my interest.

happy to hear you got it fixed if it was ongoing, and hopefully it can help others. :)
