Rocket Day-4 still down

As suggested to me, I'm starting a new thread. 4-days down on rocket. Still getting an authentication "error". I can see the 12 digit number in my sleep it's been typed so many times.
The box has been reset, updated, etc., shut down cold, rebooted, emailed papiao. Any other suggestions gladly accepted but my best guess it's on the server end for whatever reasons.

If it were a server issue alone, there would be hundreds of people reporting the same problem. There aren't. It could be an account issue, but I have no idea what it could be.

You have done an IPTV Reset, correct? I don't mean a device reset but an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker. You need to make sure the box is unplugged when you issue the reset and wait at least 15 minutes before restarting the box.

This may not be your problem, but when I renew I was using the old portal 11, without realizing the new portal is 22, and with that I lost a full month pulling my hair.
Check that just in case.
