Three big firms have now won their appeal in court as the judge has stated their is a copy right Infridgement against $$di .Though they have not looked into the $$dis apps to see where the Infridgement lies within &&di.

What happened was the order to seize the domains was upheld by the Canadian appeals court, but the tvaddons changed their domains and has removed those add-ons that accessed unauthorized copies from their repository. He lost court costs as well.

Many developers have "retired" but others have picked up and moved elsewhere under different names.
