Contact Service Provider and Register this Device is what its saying. I have been using this Mag 254 for several months, still have 275 days on donation, i have linked the Mac address when I purchased the unit, I went back to check and everything is ok, it says it is active. Does anyone know what could be wrong that it is giving me this info? It will go through the rebooting process until it comes to the portal page and then will give me-- Contact Service Provider and Register this Device.
 
Dale-63, thanks so much for the information you gave me. I changed 2 numbers in my address, submitted it and then went back in and changed it back, then turned the box on and it went through a reboot and came on and is now playing. This info you have given me may help others with the same problem. I am so glad to be with this site as you and others on here help so many that have problems with their units. Again, Thanks so much to you.
