Changing MAC address for TVOnline app?

Hi guys, for some reason my box was banned even though its donated for two of the services here.

i cant view any channels.

do i have to throw this away and buy a new one? i emailed said service a few times and they havent unblocked it.

RESET the Box..but turn the box off before you reset..................go here to reset...........you will need your order# and Donation number........By the way...Mac address is embedded in the box ( NOT changeable)

only why they ban you if you try and use two or more on same mac at same time did they tell you it was banned ?

Not sure what he meant...because he used the word banned and the word blocked .........I know Blocked will show up and if the Donation is good then all he would need to do is REST the Box at the addresses I posted..
