Settings for such things are in: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\Addons\skin.artic zephyr\1080i The 1080i folder is full of xml files. I changed the Defaults.xml file. The line I changed was autoscroll, I changed the delay from 10000 to 16000 and the time from 3000 to 8000. I don't know if this will do what you want but in the 1080i folder there is a Widgets.xml that sets the parameters for the widgets. The changes I outlined will change the autoscroll rate of the media info in TV Guide and addons.
