IPTV66 Can't sign into route checker

So this has been going on for about a month now I've tried to sign into my route checker to see how much time I have left on my subscription and every time I try and log in it says please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your payment even though I'm not paying for anything is there anything I can do to fix this it's very frustrating
 
I am using my Donation# it says check back in 12 to 24 hrs. What is with this?

ensure it is the Donation number when prompted to use.
ensure it is the Order number when prompted to use.
ensure there are no blank spaces copied into the number (at front or end).

if the numbers are mixed up or a space is included then that is the message you will get.

Order # is 16 digits
Donation # or Route # is 12 or 13 digits
 
I only have the Donation# which has worked for the last 9 i/2 months and now says to contact provider to register the device. It has been registered all this time so how do i do this now when the donation# was bought from a reseller August?
