NFPS / Private Can't login into Papiao

New to IPTV so please be patient

I made my donation and received my activation email however i cannot seem to login into papiao or even search my donation through the link i was provided (https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/) to attach my mac address. I tried entering both the order no. and the user / pass into the donation box also. Although when i use this link (https://papiao.is/main/order/) it does confirm my order status only.

Try searching under

https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/

I had a similar issue and found I was on the opposite server! Also you can only log into Papaio if you are a re-seller with 8 or more licenses. If you need additional help email them at

Make sure you are serching with your donation number its the one that says username and pass.

yea one is rocket and the other is nfps two different ones who did you buy from and how many did you buy

All you should have to do is click the add MAC address link on the email it should take you right to the right page and you enter the donation number. Try the rocket link I sent you if that still doesn't work you will need to email papiao.

These are the places to update your MAC. If you bought more than 7, you have to activate the rocket before you associate the MAC

It says the info is incorrect when i use the nfps link. I am supposed to enter the order number in the donation box correct?

If you ordered less than 8, you should have an e-mail with donation numbers. Use those to associate the MACs. If you bought more, then you have to activate the donation to get the number, then associate the mac.

No enter the username and password number that is your donation number.

Only a single order so only one order number but it does not recognize the order number when entered in the link provided in the email.

tried the user /pswd but it does not work and although they are the same, there is only one box (donation) to enter into.

Thanks all for your assistance and patience with a newb. Just tried the username for the third time and it now works. Not sure if it was my being a dumbass or if someone corrected something with my account as a result of my email; however my money is on former lol...

I need help guys i paid via the iksprivateserver website and received a order number but never got a username or password then after 2 days they send me a very generic email that only said the server and nothing else and to link my mac address to my order but when i try to do it it says wait 24 hours or 48 hours or check your cc transaction. What should i do?

check your cc issuer and see if the money was taken out..

Yes they did transaction was done on the 24 and its already posted on my prepaid card
