cannot connect to server.

Hello;
Need help with the server connection. Avov+ 1.0.8 i have entered the server info, rebooted many times , done factory reset twice and i still get the message for the credentials. I have done the iptv reset, changed the url. Need help .

are you using the 12 0r 13 number for both and what url and what emulator tvonline should work with all right stuff

try without the http:/ part if using that and are you getting a pic on your box top right showing your connected ? try both wireless and Ethernet and see if you can update it should save
