Can you combine IPTV channels from inner and outer portal ??

Hey Guys,

I have my IPTV from IKS66 for the outer portal and i have a few channels on the inner portal.

Is there any way i can create a custom list to have favorite channels from both those lists on one ???

If the answer is no; where can i go or who can i contact to provide this list to get added to the IKS66 list. These are free feeds.
