One of my older relatives asked if I could get Russian videos to play on her smartphone.
She is elderly & computer illiterate & I rarely use my smartphone.
Most of the info I searched is far outdated & doesn't work.
I just know that I needed to download IPTV Pro & Kodi apps on the play store, as well VLC player, on her phone
Then I just need to find a .m3u list & load it to IPTV to get links for Russian speaking channels.
Easier said than done. The few m3u links I found were outdated (even though the list was from Sept 2015) & 90% of the channels loaded into the IPTV playlist do not work.
The other playlist links I found were not formatted in .m3u & I has no way for IPTV Pro to load it.
As for Kodi, when I load it & select the video add-ons list, there are no add-ons for any Russian speaking channels.
I read a few outdated links on how there was an add-on included that did give the option was was removed some time ago.
I am completely new to this & am stuck. Don't know where to look, what to load, save or download (one link automatically downloaded a .apk file when I was searching for working links).
Can anyone help?
