Has the MAC been used previously ?
ANd what are the first 6 digits of the MAC ?

You must unlink the mac from the first order before you can add it to the new one. That's the reason for that message

the MAC may still be linked to previous order.
If you can access that order then set the MAC to blank. Then retry the new order and MAC

If you can not access it then send me a message with details.
