Cache Full Error?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has any insight into how to dump the Cache in my Android Box? Every once in awhile like last night being the most recent a message popped up saying the Cache was full then it went away and never came back. Is there a setting someplace that will automatically clear Cache for me or at least the a location that I can do it manually?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide me.

yea in program any maintenance program click it and go to maintenance or maybe fix will say delete my cache
