BuzzTV HD5 - Home Screens

BuzzTV HD5 has four Home Screen options to choose from.

1. BuzzTV Classic
2. BuzzTV Media Player 1
3. BuzzTV Media Player 2
4. BuzzTV Modern

To access the options, you will need to enter the BuzzTV Utilities menu. The Utilities menu can be found in the Settings menus.
Depending on which Home Screen you have currently set, the Settings menu will be accessed a little differently with each of the 4 options.

1. Classic
With the Classic screen, there are some large shortcut icons (or options or widgets) shown there on the Main screen.
LiveTV , Vod and etc..
Simply scroll to the right and you should see the Settings shortcut.

Follow the path...
Settings > Utilities > Home screen

If the setting shortcut is not seen there on the Home screen, then look down at the bottom of the screen and there is an ADD option there.
I bet you can guess what that is for
Add the Settings icon onto Home Screen.

The Settings shortcut can always be found in the 'All Apps' option too.

2. Media Player 1
With the Player 1 screen, the Settings shortcut is found at the top of the screen and shown as a 'gear' icon.

Follow the path...
Settings > Utilities > Home screen

A Settings shortcut can be added to Home screen too, in much the same way as it was done in Classic screen.
The Settings shortcut can always be found in the 'All Apps' option too.

3. Media Player 2
With the Player 2 screen, the Settings shortcut is found near the top next to the Home shortcut icon.
There is a problem here thou. You can not scroll up to it and highlight it with your RCU as is.
You will have to use the 'mouse' function on your RCU to highlight the Settings icon and enter it that way.

Follow the path...
Settings > Utilities > Home screen

A Settings shortcut can be added to Home screen too, in much the same way as it was done in Classic screen.
Doing this would be especially useful when on this Player 2 screen, as then you would not need to use the mouse function to access the Settings.

The Settings shortcut can always be found in the 'All Apps' option too.

4. Modern
With the Modern screen, the Settings shortcut is found at the top of the screen and is also shown in the app shortcuts seen on the Main area of the screen.
Or as always you can add it there.

Follow the path...
Settings > Utilities > Home screen

A Settings shortcut can be added to Home screen too, in much the same way as it was done in Classic screen.

The Settings shortcut can always be found in the 'All Apps' option too.

With each of the 4 Home Screen options, you will find that different things can be done depending on how you want things set up.
So explore around in them Home Screens , now that we know how to access them.
