we will continue to support xpl 1000 and xpl 2000 to make sure there running optimal. Some new features will only be available on new models.

thank you

How would A681 tv tuner work with this box? Would it require any thing else?
Which new CPU is being used in this box?

A681 tv tuner would plug into the usb port on the box..........the tuner will give you all your local over the air channels

not sure what cpu they are using,,,but it does say that it will be an upgrade from the XPL 2000 cpu..........

Buzztv xpl 2000 cpu Amlogic S905

The difference is that S905X has Android 6.0........H265 4K ...VP9 4k....HDR ...SPDIF
The S905 has android 5.1 ...H265 4K (NO VP9 4K) (NO HDR or SPDIF)

if administration and staff had some test models, these buzz forums may increase in guides and etc.. or just may fall by the way side.

dues are dues....administration opened a forum for Buzz
and that took me some doing, if yous remember.

We can not moderate if we know nothing of the product.

just sayin

agreed.. if any buzz affiliates are monitoring it would be a good idea to do so. Might be a good promotional tool.

Welp might as well close this one too then..if your gonna commit then commit.

Buzz posts are okay in this section (other android receivers)
Back where they started.
Again guys I do applogize for this but if we do not do this then where does it stop...
The dreamlink or Global or Mag or Avov box makers and sales (or many other box makers) would not be impressed with us if we give a free ride to one while all the others (them) all show support for what we give them in return (we give them sales thru our support with posted guides and etc.. We can not do that if we know nothing first hand about these boxes)

So your saying because staff didn't get free boxes there is no more forum for Buzz?

No one should listen to staff here that say Dreamlink is the best or Avov is the best etc.
Look what happen to Avov. Staff pushed those and now there all junk. Cant comment on the newer ones from Avov but the older ones yes staff here upped those now everyone that has them are stuck with crappy boxes.

So because staff don't get a free box they close a forum.
Not hard to see what goes on here.

Please reread the last post made by Ceazed, just don't think you understand what he said. Not having a receiver ties your hands on being able to talk(suppot) about that receiver.

I think the section in question was well handled by those who owned the units and they had all the relevant info to assist anyone. From my readings, they needed no guides and the unit is one of the easiest and best to use, it is just that good.

Also, the guys that owned these units could create their own guides, don't see the difference in a regular member or staff making a guide. I'm just being fair to the argument here and really, the section operated so smooth there was nothing to moderate, all the members that contributed to that section are super super super cool and kind, it was as if these guys lived in the same neighborhood.

I understand there are other brands that give free units to have a section here but if you can't achieve that with a particular brand, there is no reason to make all the threads and posts about disappear. Simply close all the threads, or from an admin level deny all permissions to post in the section. I have administrator experience and I know it can be done.

It's sad but if that is how it is here then it must be respected.

i think the point crazed 2.0 is making, is that they are not charging these guy that have THEIR own Threads any thing for advertising or maintain thread by keeping it running clean and smooth so they give them a few boxes play with and learn about so they can help other member here when they have issues with the box.and it is advertising for them (i no of two people that have bought boxes because of buzztv thread)IMO a few boxes for these guy to play with is a small price to pay for the advertising they are getting with their own thread. And if they dont want to have there own thread there is always this thread that can be used.all it takes is one of the guys on here that resales the buzztv to talk to the guys they get them from and they talk to the main supplier and i think they would jump a the opportunity...this is just my opinion
