Just got the Buzz U5. It glitches terribly on live TV. Is this a common problem and what can be done to correct this.

Freezes very badly. No issues with the classic. I may have to return it as defective.

You just got it so give some time before you make your decision to return. Let’s troubleshoot first.
Post your firmware and software information.
Are you using hardwire or Wi-Fi?
Using Mac or XC api?
Using vpn or no vpn?
What you have done so far to troubleshoot?

Connected using wifi and mac, no vpn. Changed player.Same issue. All is well with my classic. Even tried a different server.

while watching live tv press menu, settings, update and see if that goes to 5.0.906

Are you using the power supply that can with it( 12v), and have you tried replacing the HDMI cable.
