Brand new with problems channel freezing etc

Brand new set up today. Many channels freeze for an extended period start for a second and freeze again and again. Especially ppv and vod. I also have a channel that is green over the broadcast. Also no channel info
Suggestions welcome and appreciated. Thanks

We are all in the same boat.......nothing wrong with your box...............Servers are having problems today because their ISP is having problems.....somewhere in the World.......So we wait..
