Hello i purchased 2 codes. The issue is when I try and enter the code I had change. It's keep coming up not found. How could I receive a working code? my order# 6821************

Do not post your Order number in public forums.
I have deleted the order number., but not before I copied and did a search.

hello I order 2 codes. I was having issues connecting. I changed 1 of my user codes. I wrote it down. So when I try and reset that code it's not found. I need help only 1 of my boxes working.

Both Route/codes are found.

That second code needs a MAC attached to it.
