Blue screen at setup

Hi I am new to this iptv and have bought a mag254 box.
I tried installing it but a blue screen popped up at installation with 'tftp loading' on it.
I am unable to move from this so now I'm stuck with a new and useless box.
How can this problem be solved?

How to enter the BIOS setup (MAG 250 bootloader menu)


•Power off the STB MAG200/250.


•Press and hold the «menu» on the remote (or the power button on the front panel) while turning on the STB MAG200/250.


Change boot mode: DHCP/NAND/NAND2



•Enter The BIOS.


•Select “Upgrade Menu”, click “right” on the remote control.


•Select “Boot Mode” and click “right” to set the boot mode: NAND2.


•Select “Exit & Save” and press “right”.


•Confirm “OK”.
