yes i do
Hello,

1) I was going to get a t1 plus, and watched some youtube videos on setup.
Is there any way to block or hide adult apps? This receiver will be in family room so I don't want kids installing/accessing adult apps.

2) Also, if the iptv service has adult channels, are there ways to delete the channels from showing up in guide?

Thanks!

I do not believe there are any adult content apps in the DOL Market, but any apps that are there are there to stay, unless they get removed by the dreamlink team

If only there was a way to pin lock the market/settings areas or simply hide the adult apps....

Maybe i can set it so it goes straight to tv? Is there any way to set DOL to autoload so it goes straight to DOL whenever the receiver is turned on?

there might be a way to lock the apps and settings.

Look for your Settings tab and look for the Parental option there.

and yes, I had heard that you can set your default to the DOL or whichever app you want to start at start up.
Do not recall the method thou

es and as to the default app upon start up, visit this thread of yours again and prolly someone will have that answer or play around there and see if you can bring up an option for that..it is there somewhere :)

I did a quick search in the discussion threads but never found the info,

You can have DOL2 (or another installed app) start up directly by going into Settings, the icon beside Market and then enter System. In the System page go to the Startup app field, click on it, enter your PIN (if you have not edited your PIN the default is 0000) and select Dream Online 2. Exit out and you are all set. The next time you start your T1+ it goes directly to the last channel you watched on your active sub. I cannot say whether the same feature exists in the T1 but with the latest upgrade I would be surprised if it didn't.
One thing to add. This only works if you have the default on the power button set to OFF. Does not work if default set to STANDBY
