i dont know what to do with my AVOV , it was workind fine ,but now its say "your box is block by the server.please contact the server privider"..how can one contact them ? please

1) Why did you start 2 threads for the same topic?
2) Did you put lower case letters in your mac (instead of caps)? Seems to help sometimes.
3) Unplug receiver and reboot several times.
