NFPS / Private Blank Channels

Hi Guys,

Would there be any reason that a few channels are showing up but don't seem to load and play?

Would my ISP block certain streams?

The main ones are some NYC channels and all LA channels.

I have a Mag 254.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name my ISP (let me know if I can).
