NFPS / Private Black screen

Hello, I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

I just made a donation and added 2.iptvprivateserver.tv to the second portal on my MAG254 and have added the MAC address and entered the donation code ointo the MAG as the username/password. I can see the channel list. My problem is, I can only watch two channels. When I select any other channel all I get is a black screen.

Is the server down or have I missed any settings needed?

I've reset the MAG to default settings and have done an IPTV Reset on Code Checker while the MAG was powered down. The only channels that open are London Live, some of the Music Videos channels and the 2 South Indian channels. Nothing else streams when I select it.

Anyone?....this is the only portal I've had problems with. It makes no sense to me why a few channels open but the majority do not.

Are you sure the server's running correctly? Can my donation be switched to an alternative server to rule it out?

You might get a response by posting in the MAG 254 section as it sounds like a Mag issue. But everything seems to be running ok.
