Black outs, every minute or so for 15 seconds

I'm experiencing black outs every one or two minutes and it comes back repeating what I just watched sometimes just looping anyone else, work around

I get none of that with my 3900
aside from clearing cache I would say it's on server side

There is issues, shows repeat then self's during a good part. Seems like someone at the controls is holding that rewind button lol.

Channels 182 192 263 did repeat 3x at 10:30pm pacific time and 11pm

seen this a lot on theses channels

yea got that too at best parts had switch channel to fix that and sometime it says channel not working after that but not blacks out every 15 mins looping sucks but its not box most of time if on kodi then yea its most time you
