Bandwidth and buffering

I am reviewing my ISP provider and currently have a 60mbps download and 5 mbps in the USA, I was curious if I could get by with downsizing my internet to 15mbps to retain the iptv service without experiencing service changes or other video streaming add-ons

You should do just great with 15 mbps from what I have read you need around 4-5 mbps to run the mags so try it and if no good try to get a little higher then 15 like 20-30 mbps

For IPTV that would be fine, but you may struggle streaming 4k through Kodi at that speed.
