yes i do
not sure if this has been reported, a search doesnt indicate it has

the v2 when used with hdmi cables other than the flat ones that ship with the box, cause the TV to power off

one setup in my place requires longer cables than the ones that came with the unit
but when i set it up, it powers off the tv???
i tried it on 2 other TVs in my place and the same result

these are quality cables, high speed, 3d, all up to date standards etc..

I have an original online box in my place and i tried the longer cables with it and no issues.
My solution was to use the orig online box with the longer cables and use the V2 with the flat cable it came with

at first i thought the flat cables were lower spec, maybe the new spec cables enabled some sort of back and forth communication between the box and tv

anyone else try aftermarket cables with the V2?

I have used other cables(rocket fish and ps4 hdmi) on my vixo1, vixo2 and tvonline and tvonline+ with no real issues. I think I have had the above issue when I use the original cables actually. It might just be a loose connection on the back of your box.

ive stopped trying to figure it out. I have 3 tvs 2010 top of the sony xbr, 2014 LG led and 2013 toshiba. The oldest tv, the sony does the best with other cables and the avov v2. The input is responsive for a bit but then will go dark and power off tv. The others, forget it. As soon as the hdmi and the V2 are connected the TV shuts down. Unresponsive, the tv cannot be powered on. Only when the hdmi is pulled does the tv power back up. Ive tried 3 different up to date specd hdmi's and the tvs shut down. ive given up and just went with the flat hdmi shipped with the v2. It is the only combo that works for me
