Avov Not loading

My Avov tvonline come's on but not loading only Avov logo come and stay on TV screen try pressing the reset button on back still only logo on screen. please help

if it has buttons in front hold all of them when booting up

You have to hold the reset button in while the box is off...then turn the box on ....still holding the reset button in......wait 8 seconds and release the reset button....in a minute the box should show Android menu....choose Factory default..wait until it is done and then choose reboot.....that should fix your problem......................................
