IPTV66 Authentication (Red) Error

Hello,
i have just donated to IPTV66 to try it out. I am looking for a better solution to my current provider. I am running a MAG256. I put the information into portal 2 as instructed. When I load the portal and input my login and password, I always get a red "error". The email to confirm my donation provided me with a username and password which seem to be the same which is a thirteen digit number. I have rebooted both the portal and my MAG box. I have checked the URL in the portal several times to ensure I didn't make a mistake. I have even tried my order number as a log in but none of that works. Seems I am stuck. Can someone provide me with the answer so I can try this service?

I just signed up at the same website and am also getting the same red authentication error. I'm running kodi using the stalker add on...checked all my settings over and over again and still getting the same error. Hope u get help as I'm stuck too
 
I have the same issues as Philmein2. I donated for six months, received email with username and password as one 13 digit number and mac address. These numbers don't work on authentication page. and the mag box is stuck at this page. Please help
 
So Philmein2, what did you figure out, without support ?
You can take the time to express that you are dealing with another provider but do not express what the problem was.
Did you end up having success with using a VPN or perhaps you used slot #4 for entering server information?
these answers and more are posted here on the 'support site'

I am sorry about your issues, but new policy I go by now is to delete any and all posts expressing how they are with other providers. Or other such things along the same lines.
