anybody know how to recover my authentication and password . my box was dead it came back to life and asks for the authentication and password its been about 8 months so I have long lost it

u can use your email addy the one u used to get your donation code on there web site and it will let u in to get your code

Tried using the password number in both login and password tabs. E-mail in login and password number as password. MAC address as login with password number, can't get access.

on the receiver , the user ID and password (login), are both the same donation or route number.

To log in to papiao to check your donation, the credentials are your 16 digit Order number and your donation or route number.
If bought from a reseller then it is the Client ID (reseller should have gave you) and the donation or route number.
Sometimes the email works as Client ID because the reseller set it that way.
