"Authentication Problem"

Hello all, I am getting "Authentication Problem" when I try to load rocket portal. The blue screen comes up with the bar in the middle, about a 1/4 of the way up the yellow shows up, freezes there and gives me the error. It was working, channels working last night. Internet speed good, connected when I checked this morning. Box got updated to r11 release. Help please!

If it started after the update? Reboot the box and recheck you setting

Hi big dady, I did reboot. Even unplugged and plugged back in. The update was done after I established an Internet connection. Then i did all remaining settings as far as servers. Why was it working last night, with hardwired in. Try this morning and I get the error. Thank you though.

The service has been like a roller coaster over night so do not adjust anything.
