NFPS / Private Authentication Failed

I have been getting Authentication Failed for over 3 days. I have done a IPTV reset, changed MAC addresses. No matter what I try I get authentication failure

I am using Kodi 16.1-PVR client.

Anything I am missing?

I got it to work. I wiped Kodi out, redid everything and it is working fine. Thank you again for the follow up
