Yesterday I was trying to renew my subscription as always do but I find that the buttons doesn't work. I can't select any of the two options to make the payment. Then I buy a new subscription I was trying to enter the new route number changing the MAC address and deleting all the new information and I just receive a message of " Authentication Failed". What I can do?
 
I see you had mentioned ROUTE, so does that mean that this is for the iptv66 service ?

Was the MAC linked correctly ?
Did you perform a Reset after the MAC link up completed ?
