Authentication failed on Stalker - device conflict, id mismatch after using EPG.Ninja
======================================================

I just got my donation and after toying with my kodi 16 suddenly got it running after disabling EPG.Ninja updater addon...
I tried to add EPG.Ninja back and found out that it actually modified the info in my PVR stalker client resulting in
device conflict - device id mismatch errors.... as well as Authentication failed on stalker client....

Initially I had Authentication failed error message for the longest then I decided to go back and reenter my username and
password after disabling EPG.Ninja and the stalker client actually loaded right up with channels and some of the EPG.Ninja customizations...

I added the EPG.Ninja back in and the errors came right back... I pulled up the PVR stalker client settings and noticed that my info and data had been modified and could possibly be incorrect.... it kept complaining about the DEVICE ID....which was modified by the
EPG.Ninja updater addon...

My setup is Amazon FireTV stick running Kodi 16.....and I'm using the preinstalled Kodi PVR stalker client... my donation is from IKS66 ...IPTV66.... settings are the duplicated modified ones that I pulled from other forum postings after doing some browsing so I know they work since the PVR stalker client actually loaded up and ran once...

My only issue is getting the correct SERIAL NUMBER and DEVICE ID in the PVR stalker client settings...

I figured out that alphanumeric works for the Serial Number and 13 characters so that is fixed

but I usually keep changing the Device ID till the PVR stalker client finally comes up and that's where I'm stuck now since non of my DEVICE ID modifications are working now.... and I'm running without EPG.Ninja enabled..

I ran out of "search requests" on the "iks66.com site" so I can't "reset my iptv settings" again for
another 24 hours cause I did that a couple of times before actually getting the PVR stalker client to finally came up the first time....

any ideas of what the actual problem might be ?

I was actually jumping for joy for a minute there but that was all short lived....but at least now I know I'm close....

You have the updater configured to automatically set-up PVR Stalker. It will keep doing the set-up, and requiring a new IPTV Reset, until you go the updater's configuration and turn off automatic update. Once you've done that, you will have to do a "final" IPTV Reset, and you will be back in business.

Ok great.... Now how about the DEVICE ID conflict and mismatch ? will that fix that as well ?
is the minimum digits 12 or 13 ? don't remember what I used but I kept changing it till it worked but of course this is referring to the manual
configuration so I don't really have to worry about it if I'm using the Updater - correct ?

thanks...
