I've been watching CNN all morning without an issue. (You seldom need to change the MAC.) Try rebooting everything (i.e., modem, router and device). If that doesn't do anything, try another IPTV Reset. Make sure Kodi is shut down when you do the IPTV Reset. Also, before you shutdown Kodi, disable TV and clear data. Wait 15 minutes after the IPTV Reset before starting Kodi and enabling TV.
