NFPS / Private Authentication error

I have a mag 254. I have a donation for NFPS. When I enter the donation number in the both the box on the authentication screen I get an error. I have recheck my donation number and it say I have 365 days. I rechecked the Mac address and it is correct. I have reset the IPTV and after I got confirmation that IPTV is reset, I reenterred the donation number on the authentication screen but still give me and error. I am using 3.iptvprivateserver.tv for my IPTV URL.
My rocket donation number work on the same mag 254. Can someone help. I am getting a new Mag for the NFPS arriving Friday.

did you set the rocket to all zero's on the papio site then do an iptv reset so it releases the mac? Then you need to add the NFPS to the box and then do the iptvreset give that a try..

That was it. Just needed to blank out the Mac address in Rocket. Everything is now working
