I have mag250 and my donation still active and I check the mac address on the donation still the same and when I'm trying to watch the AMC nothing coming up. I can successfully logon with blue checker and yellow bar and I guess I can login fine but nothing is showing up on the screen either 192 (ID) or AMC (131).

It's up. Reboot your entite system, and that should get you back up.

Hi Frostycold that what I did and I remove my configuration just to make sure and updated the firmware and once booted I put my donation number as username and password but still no dice.

look if only not get those channel your good to go a few channels are still down

After I check it seems that all of my channel is not working at all. I'm out of option. Any suggestion.

go check your mac and see if it changed if it didnt do a reset and reboot box and make sure you box is updated
