NFPS / Private Are they maintaining the servers?

I was among the many who were moved from P1 to P3 because P1 was buffering and freezing. Unfortunately, P3 is no better, as has been offered by many, many people. Channels buffer, rewind over and over again and freeze, but I hear nothing about a fix forthcoming. All i see here are people explaining they are having serious issues and nothing is being offered to address the situation. It has been weeks of terrible service. It all began shortly after the supposed maintenance period. Please do something for us!

For NFPS, this is not an "official" support site. We help with configuring but you might have to do some research to find out what the official site is, and complain there, or just send e-mails to their contact on their payment portal.
